Where is Fort44 located?

We’re proudly based in Teeswater, Ontario—also the hometown of our founder. Fun fact: the “44” in our name comes from the 44th parallel, which runs right through the middle of town. Most of our techs are local, living within 15 minutes, so we’re never far when you need us.

Am I too far away to get support?

If you're within a two-hour drive, you're in our usual service zone. Onsite visits are included in your Fit subscription, and we don’t mind a little drive (our techs have great playlists). If you're farther than that, we can still offer support—onsite may be limited, but remote help is always just a call or click away.

Can you fix my [insert frustrating tech problem here]?

Short answer: yes. Long answer: absolutely yes. We support everything from hardware and software to email, phones, employee onboarding & offboarding, new networks, and disaster recovery. If it touches your business tech, we’re on it.
